Best Value Review of Economic Development and Tourism
Client: Carlisle City Council - August 2000 - January 2001
In this work CLES Consulting contributed to the Best Value review with regard to each of the four C’s (challenge, compare, consult and compete). This involved extensive consultation with the local authority, other local service providers and the community. A key component of this work involved looking at how the department could better monitor and measure its performance.
