Developing a Community Strategy and Local Strategic Partnership (LSP)
Client: Bassetlaw District Council - October 2002 – March 2002
CLES Consulting worked with Bassetlaw’s emerging LSP to facilitate the development of the LSP itself and a Community Strategy for the area. Emphasis throughout the project was on enabling the LSP to consult effectively with the community and involving them in the strategy development process. A series of interviews, consultation events and workshops were held with representatives of the LSP and its various subgroups to assist this process.
