Senior Management Workshop
Client: Groundwork Mersey Valley and Groundwork Wirral - September 2006
The Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES) was commissioned by Groundwork Mersey Valley (GMV) and Groundwork Wirral (GW) to facilitate a workshop for the Senior Management Team (SMT) of both trusts to discuss their future possible merger. CLES devised the programme for the day in conversation with the Executive Directors (ED) of both trusts, facilitated discussion at the workshop and produced a final report recording the issues discussed on the day and suggesting key recommendations for the way forward.
