New Start awards shortlist revealed

New Start magazine has announced the shortlist for its Better Places National Awards.
Entries from all over Britain have made the cut and include projects in Wales, Scotland and from Cornwall to Northumberland in England.
The awards are designed to celebrate projects and organisations that demonstrate what can be achieved through inclusive and innovative approaches to creating better places.
Overall, 20 entries have been shortlisted in the four categories: public sector, VCS, private sector and social enterprise/non-profit.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony in July. Find out who’s in the running.
