TRAINING NEWS
We are reaching the end of our training programme for the first half of the year and there will then be a break in the programme until after the summer. The last training course before the summer break is on 30th June in Manchester Assessing the local economy. In the light of the new statutory economic duty announced in the Sub National Review this course is designed to help with the process of undertaking local economic assessments and how they can assist with developing and planning future economic strategy.

CLES CONSULTING NEWS
Integreat Yorkshire, working with Yorkshire Forward, has commissioned CLES Consulting to undertake the evaluation of the Partnership Skills Programme (PSP). The PSP is an essential element of the Yorkshire and Humber renaissance programme providing skills training and support to town team members. The evaluation will consider the effectiveness and impact of the Partnership Support Programme to date and the lessons that can be learnt that can help shape and inform future investment.
CLES Consulting has been commissioned by Oldham Partnership to research the causes, consequences, solutions and preventative measures for low income, poverty and worklessness in Oldham. The research will help Oldham Partnership deliver against its strategic priorities as outlined in their sustainable community strategy and local area agreement.
